  • The mother of my 2 children left for 8 months and i took care of them got a restraining order but wasnt served because she was nowhere to be found...of she tries to take my kids what do i do
  • Iattempted suicideby bringing a propane tank into my home, letting it run gas, then igniting it. I was badly burned, arrested for arson of an occupied structure (me), a class 2 felony. I was held 4 days and released because no charges were filed. Are charges likely to be filed? Am I likely to go to prison? I have no priors. I plan to seek psychiatric help and counseling as I feel it is needed. Would or could that help my cause if I am charged and arrested? Thank you.

  • My neighbors have been adding on to their property since December, I hear electric saws, compressors, electric drills everyday. They don't have a permit. This is right outside my windows, and the noise is unbearable. I've talked with the managers office staff and they say that have sent them letter to desist and stop. The neighbors are still building. At the end of the day my ears hurt badly and I have constant headaches. What can I do to stop this?

I showed up with rent for both months, and she said, no I am not going to rent I am going to evict you. So, I left came back for my stuff, and Feb 2018 I get a bill for $18k that I need to pay for the 12 months. Is that legal?
  • One of my roommates (cotenants) moved out of our house. We still have 5 months of the lease left. The 2 of us left dont feel comfortable living with a stranger. The agreement we had originally was wed split the rent equally and all of the utilities. The roommate who left, still has possession of keys to house and her belongings there. What are my rights to get the rest of her rent paid?
  • A few days after a pest control issue, house of filled with dead animal smell coming from the AC vents. I couldn’t get in contact with my landlord. My husband gets up in the attic to try to Search. He determined it was not in a ducts, but most likely fell into the mail AC unit. My landlord has sent two different people out to 1. Cover the smell, 2.reconnect the duct. He has yet to send someone to open/check inside the unit. I have an immune compromised 2 year old, no ac, & a dead animal in air system (which is a big health hazard). How long can he drag his feet? What are our options?
