Can I be evicted or forced to move to another apartment for complaining to management about a roommate, who is on a separate lease, who daily raises the volume on her audio device in her bedroom to a level that I can hear it in my bedroom, with both bedroom doors closed, and where I cannot be on the telephone because the other party cannot hear me over her music?

My ex wife is refusing to pay her half...what do I need to do?

I am trying to find information for a friend who is unable to afford a divorce/legal separation. His spouse has essentially kidnapped their son and left the state without any contact. The cost of filing for legal separation/divorce is not prohibitive, but the forms require legal assistance to fill out properly which is costly. Is there a way to petition for temporary custody order/rights without filing for legal separation to bring their son back to his home state?

I have two boys ages 8 and 11 they are with me 50% of the time and my ex wife their mother the other 50 5 of the time. this was established in the divorce papers. Their mother has a new job theat requires her to work 12 hour night shifts. I have offered to take the boys duing these times and was denied by their mother. I have since requested the names and contact info of the individuals who will be watching them during these times and was denied this information by the mother as well. My question is- What are my rights and what can I do to insure that my boys are properly cared for?

Son in prison for drugs only but will be in for several years (first time incarcerated). He is in a drug rehab program there. Grandmother from mother's side has custody of his child. She asked him to sign away his rights as a parent. When he refused she said she can go to court and adopt the child anyway because of his being in prison. Can she do this? Can he loose permanent custody with this.
