She did not want to spend this past summer with me and the judge conceded but said she will spend the future summers with me. I was wondering what can I do if the mother is not paying child support? The children are 16 & 17 both are still in school. The original order was: Children stay with mother and father had to pay child support. Now the children are staying with us full time in another State and mother is not paying child support or sending any funds. Father is scared to ask for support. I help what the children needs but I feel its not fair that she's not paying her end. What can I do to have her start paying for child support? I want to do this anonymously? Do I have rights as a step parent to turn her in?

I am a veteran I served my country with honor, and pride. I need information on how to acquire an audit from the V.A. debt management center. They have kept me in poverty over the last 30 years. If I still owe them anything shouldn't I be able to see what it is that I am still paying for. I would like to know where the funds they receive are being applied. My fixed income has been duned by the IRS to the tune of 20,000 dollars I was being duned by them and some how, I've managed to pay off the IRS, but the debt from the V.A. was just over 13,000for a foreclosed home. Please HELP.

We have MAJOR problens in my apartment complex, so we are moving this first or second week of the month. It is now the 6th and I have NOT been given a 5 day pay or quit even tho the landlord told me her boss wants us evicted. I'm mostly worried they will lock us out, but that seems illegal. Can I assume Im allowed to stay here for the month since no 5 days to pay or quit has been given? What should I expect?
