THE TENATS DEFAULTED ON THE MORTGAGE AND I WAS UNABLE TO BRING IT CURRENT. IT IS CURRENLY GOING UNDER FORCLOUSE. MY QUESTION IS- CAN THE BANK COME AFTER ME SINCE IT WAS NOT MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE? I NEVER PULLED CASH OUT BUT I DID REFINANCE A FEW TIMES AND PAID OFF OTHER SMALLER LOANS AND CREDIT CARD YEARS AGO.

  • My landlord gave us more than a 48 hours notice to do a building/maintenance inspection for either the 21st or the 22nd. They showed up on the 23rd and I was told that they already gave me notice and that because it took longer than expected it just rolled over to the next day. I received no notice that it was rolling over to the next day and she even said that she didn't have to give that kind of notice because I got one about them showing up on the 21st and 22nd

  • my girlfriend was arrested for domestic violence. The cops left my son with me. The next day i had to go to work, so i left him with my parents. She took the cops over there and got him since she knew i was at work. Now she will not let me see him at all. She wont return my txts, to let me know how hes doing. I keep texting her that i want to know and see my child but she doesnt respond. What court papers do i need to file? I want to get him back right away. I want custody of him. I can provide a better home for him because shes at her parents. which alot of people live there.
  • The original lease was not an AZ Law Lease Form. One yearlease ended November 20he original 14. It has been month to month I severred eviction notice May 15, 2016 On the original non AZ form it states tenant has 60 days to vacate. Is this true or can I proceed with 30 days. I don't known if I have to honor the original (wrong state lease or go by AZ law eviction process. Thank you.
