  • i asked a question a few weeks ago but i cannot recall my assigned id number to check the answer. i live in ca but my child lives in az and i have a custody case in maricopa county. my childs mom is on drugs and has tested positive on court mandated drug tests. i am trying to obtain legal services. i do not have funds so i was directed to this site. is there any way i can get help even tho i live out of state?

  • Started a year lease (8/2019) In my current apartment. The first 4 months we’ve been having constant plumbing issues where the shower has over flowed with sewage back 3-4 times a single month.   • Family Member Home was purchased purchased as a FHA and I lived in the home for the past 3 years, in which I have been living in the property with my family and making the mortgage payments and making Bills payments. Thinking I would be the owner someday. The owner goes behind my back and deeds the property to an investor in CA. When I ask him to sign a deed to me, he's already done so with private investors. I stop making the mortgage payments,since he deeded the hm elsewhere. We are now in foreclosure process and owner is no where to be found. What can I do to keep my family in their home.
  • I have a vehicle that is still under factory warrenty. I had problems with the Key, brought it to the dealership, they told me since I had a after market alarm installed (Over a year ago, that never caused problems to the vehicle) It voided my warrenty. They never gave me any kind of proof showing that my alarm was the cause of the problem. I then had to pay out of pocket and feel scammed. Does aftermarket stuff void warrenties?
  • I am in the process of evicting a roommate. I took it to court, and have to restart the court process because the 5 day eviction notice was not certified mail. She has left all of her things for about three weeks now. At what point am I legally allowed to move her belongings to put another roommate into her old room?
