I gave my employer a copy of my subpoena in case I was late. When I came into work that day I noticed my subpoena sitting out in view for everyone to see. The case I am testifying for his a very violent one.Do I have any recourse for violating my privacy and putting me possibly in danger?

I have a custody trial coming next year & I’m representing myself. I'm attempting to prove child abuse by my ex to his oldest son (not common to us) that I witnessed. I have filed a CPS report in the past but it was unsubstantiated. His son just turned 18 & is still living in the home.There are no police reports. Instead I’m hoping to use his son’s behavioral records from school, to convey that he has documented behavioral/emotional issues that his father would respond poorly at home by phys abuse. His son has a right to keep his educational records private. But can I request for this case??

Can a landlord/Rental agent charge the tenant to complete AZ Form 201-Renter’s certificate of Properties Tax Paid. I rent through a Group, Inc. and was told that Inwould have to pay $50 for this form. I renew my lease on a yearly basis (this being my fourth year), and I just paid a $50 fee for their annual residency review. I found out about this form yesterday when having my taxes prepared by XXX. I never knew about it before, and XXXX has never offered it with each lease renewal.

We are renting a home and found black mold in the kitchen cabinets and drywall. Informed the property management co. through email with pictures. They had us in a hotel the next day. Mitigation done, ripped out drywall and cabinets. Mold was out, but they never showed up to do repairs to kitchen. We reached out several times asking when work would be done. They don't respond. We turned in letter from child's dr that says we need to be released from our lease due to my daughters asthma. They are releasing us end of April. What rights do we have since we pay full rent and repairs not done??

My boyfrhhiend has told me that he does not have any connection to our daughter. He has indicated that he is going to leave and has no interest in seeing her. Should I file for full custody even though he has no interest in any custody? What would I need to do to get it started?

My daughters father who has being in prison for 17 years is thrusting me with having custody of my child 7 days a week every other week. He is not on the birth certificate and has not been part of her life, she is now 5 months old, he asked me to abort when I told him I was pregnant. Will the court grant him custody. He was in prison for holding a family hostage.

We are leasing a home with a pool. The problem is with the owner chosen pool person. We do not have a working relationship with this person and the property mgmt has told us he locked the pump timer per owners instructions. Is that legal and we do not want this person on our property any longer. What rights and alternatives do we have.

My Park charged me a $5 per day late fee on unpaid late fees. Is this legal in Arizona? The park applies any payment made to the amount due, thus guaranteeing that any payment made that is less than the entire amount owed will be subject to late fees for the entire time additional money is owed. I believe there are laws preventing that practice for mortgages but I'm unsure about rentals or leases. Shouldn't payments first be applied toward the monthly rent or lease and then any additional payment be applied to late fees? And isn't it illegal to charge interest or fees on late fees?
