I have full custody of my kids and wish to terminate his parental rights due to lack of contact and failure to be there for them in every sense of the word. He also lives in a different state and could have supervised visitations if he wanted to but has chosen not to. There’s also a history of domestic violence and alcoholism from his part therefore the supervised visitations.

  • I am on section 8, I rent from a real estate agency. I am being evicted for not paying my water bill. The realtor makes me share the water bill with my neighbor, and divides it in half for us to pay. I have not been able to pay for it, I have two daughters and we struggle to pay the electric and other expenses. In the past he has allowed me to get caught up when i file for taxes. I pay it out of the earned income credit refund, this year he is not allowing me to do so. They are evicting me, I asked if i could pay it when i get my tax refund, he said no. Is it legal to charge me half of H2o?
  • Our leasing company who operates nation wide told me their contractors are legally obligated to tell them if they see or hear pets. (We don’t have one but our neighbors does, these houses are squished together) now they are trying to force fees with out me signing anything. It feels like an invasion, one of these dates this has been “recorded” was today while I’m at work. We haven’t requested for anything to be fixed. Is this legally allowed?
