Are there any type of communication laws, guidelines,(w/ the mother) that are necessary for when I have my children during my parenting time?

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . He was putting too much stress on me I wanted him as far away from me as possible it wasn't good for my pregnancy . When I had my son only my last name was given . His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

We gave our 30 day notice our last day was 3/31/13 but because of work and Holidays we couldn't move out till 4/3/13.When going back for our last thing the landlord said they moved it for us but had to take the legs off our table. When me and my husband went to look at the table we seen they had broken it. As well when we were getting our things we had notice an art set had been taken. The art set isn't worth much but they did just take it. Is there anything we can do or do we just have to bite the price of things?

In mid October I agreed to let a female army veteran stay in my camp trailer for two weeks. We have no contract and I didn't ask for rent but she said she would help out. I ran an electricic an cord to the trailer and told her to use a bathroom in the house. It's December 15th and she's still here. So far she's contributed $35 towards food and utilities and recieved mail. Twice she threatened to call the police because she has the right to shower and to use my electricity. I would like to know how to remove her by Christmas without a legal battle, what rights she actually has, mine also.

I put an appeal for the eviction and paid the post bond and know my landlord has me as I don't live here can they do that and also there not maintain the property they did landscaping on the other apartments but not mine can they do that I live in the Maricopa County Housing.

For 3/6 years, my mom hasn't had a lease agreement, for the house she rents, she's just month to month. Last month (April) she texted the landlord asking to sign a new lease. Landlord said no and to move by the end of the month. One day my mom was asleep and someone came to the house trying to give me service papers for her. I didn't accept them on her behalf, and though she requested redelivery, it never came. Now we've been given writ of restitution, 8 hours to vacate, and 2 weeks to return for our belongings. Did we legally get proper notice to vacate, or can we fight for more time to move?

The refrigerator is not working the maintenance company came out 1 week ago and stated it needed to be replaced. (fridge is listed under included appliances on lease) How long does landlord have to replace the fridge? I have read that reimbursement for food is not mandatory but how long can this go on legally?
