I signed a lease renewal in May 2019 that states (One year term), but the end date is incorrect, ending six months (November 30th) from the renewal date. My landlord is telling me that I have to renew again and pay associated fees to do so. Is my original renewal good for one year, or six months based on Arizona State law?

Are the terms of a loan modification completely at the discretion of the lender or are there state or federal guidelines they must follow? Homeowners must become 90 days behind to get my mortgage company to consider modification. By this time, isn't my credit nearly as damaged as it would be with foreclosure?

Is the landlord of the mobile home park legally supposed to tell all the tenants if there is construction going on that will mess with the water supply? Our landlord rarely if ever tells us when there is construction expected and our water will be shut off without prior notice. Isnt there a law against that or something?

In 07-09-2012 my home was foreclosed and sold. because of lost job and bad health, I could not make payments. I had a 80/20 loan. I have read info on the Anti- Deficiency (ARS 33-814). My question is do I owe on the 20 percent lone? I have not heard from that lender?

my husband has a 7 year old daughter from a previous relationship we moved here from hawaii to be closer to her. in dec. 2012 she came to live with us, now in 3/2013 her mom wants her back when the school year is over. does my husband have any rights. he loves his daughter and wants her to live with us. his daughter like living with us too what can we do? were do we start? does he have a right to keep her? or does he have to just give her up again? my husband is heart broken Her mom doesnt have a stable job or home. when we got her they were living in a domestic violence shelter WHAT TO DO??
