My landlord is refusing to accept my rent payment. Her "agents" (son and Daughter in Law) have given me until the end of the month to move by verbal notice and are indicating they intend to "lock me out" on th 1st of March. They have altered the rental agreement but not in writing. What remedy might I have should I come home to find the locks changed? I have reviewed the LTA and do not see anything regarding refusing to accept the rent payment. I am aware that written notice to vacate must be given. I am not refusing or unable to pay the rent as required.

My father passed away on 9/2/15 and I have been made the personal representative of his estate, he had a roommate living with him for 3 years that never paid rent. How do I go about notifying him he needs to move out once the house is sold?

An insurance company contacted us and informed us that our father purchased us whole life policies the year of our birth. He is not alive so we have no information on these policies. The insurance company claims that both my brother's and my policies have had two loans issued against them on the same date. They cannot provide us any documents to prove the loans that have over the last 30+ years have increased for interest and penalties to over $8500 on each policy. It is my understanding that an active contract requires documents associated must be kept. Would that be accurate?

We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? This is an odd question for Arizona, but in the summer my landlord keeps the thermostat locked when he is in town. He is a rather large man, and keeps the A/C at 69 during the summer. Myself and my roommate nearly have to wear winter garments to be comfortable. Not only is this a waste of electricity, but it is extremely uncomfortable for his tenants.
