I rent a lot in a mobile home park. I own my home and the new owner of the park are trying to charge for every person that lives in my home. Is this legal?

can I take legal action towards my ex after 4 years being that I was just made known of thr term over reaching & at this time I was on drugs I have a mental illness & he plain coned me into fring my attorney.Hes very smart & unfortunately I am n ot.I live off 350$ a month plus help from friends.He over reached & took almost everything in a state that claims to be 50 50.I was out of my mind because of how he manipulated me.Can I get free help pleaswe.I have no checking savings or anything.Right now I have 2 $.Please help me to get what is rightfully mine.I was married for 28 years until he got a girlfriend & threw me out to move her in in 6 days.Please please tell me where I can go if you cant help me.I am almost homeless & I don't believe that I will make it in the world.Yes I am desperate

My wife and I moved into a rental home on 3/1/18 in Tucson, Arizona, and almost immediately my wife and I started having breathing problems when inside the house. We do not experience any of this when outside the house. Upon my inspection, I noticed black mold inside and out of the guest bathroom toilet. The management company sent their maintenance person who after getting clearance (1 week) they removed and replaced the toilet. The odor was abated for approximately 2 days and returned with the entire inside of the house smelling musty. It is more pungent in the laundry room and master bathroom. I have found mold in the master bathroom toilet on the inside. I went to the Management Company on 3/22/18 to advise them we continue to find mold in the house and my wife and myself are having breathing problems, mucus and headaches when we are in the home. We are having no issues when we are not inside the home and outside at work or living our active life style. and to see if they would look into this and was advised it was on me and I should hire a mold technician check it out. If mold is found then the Management company would move on it. Why would I have to have this expense, it’s not my house, we just moved in and I feel this is the landlords responsibility. Can you please advise if there is any action I might take that would not cost a large amount of money to get the management company to do their job and do due diligence on this issue. Also, if you know of any agency in Tucson that controls these types of issues between Tenants and their landlords/Management Companies please let me know. Thank you.

My son passed away June 17, 2016, he was 32 years old. He had never married and had no children. His only asset is a checking account at our local credit union. He had no co owner on the account and did not set up a beneficary. We believe there is under $2000 in the account and would like to close it out and just donate the funds. Since he had no Will and we do not have the money to open probate, is there any other option for us?

my mother recently passed aay. her real estate deed has a joint tenancy w/ rights of survivorship, naming my aunt. my mothers wishes were that the home be sold and proceds devided between my sister and myself..i have lived and cared for my mother for the past 4 years, paying taxes, utilities and so forth. can my aunt list the house for sale at such a high dollar amount, that will never even be considered by buyers? can she make me move ( I am disabled ) when I have nowhere, and not enough income to purchase another dwelling? she (aunt) has already removed all of my mothers personal belongings (clothing,jewelry, cash car I don't understand please advise me, I don't know what to do. thank you so very much

My partner has locked me out of our company, and is using a lawyer to try to force me to sign over my share of our company. She has made up allegation of misappropriation without proof, and without due process is stealing the company from me. The idea of the company is entirely mine, all the work was done and/or organized by me, and all supplies and furnishing we procured by me... with a week left before opening, she has locked me out, emptied the bank accounts, and is letting my family starve while she tries to finish without me.
