PP = Parenting Plan CS = Child Support My PP/CS was based on my son living with my ex and being with me on weekends, holidays & school breaks. I agreed to pay her triple CS for 24 months. My PP/CS has yet to be signed off by a judge. My ex has now left my son in my care mon-fri. & attending school in my area. Can I request to rescind the PP /CS agreement based on the fact she is not following the parenting plan submitted? She is of the opinion that since it is essentially a 50/50 parenting plan she is still entitled to the triple CS amount even though she is not following the PP plan.

My fiancee moved to Wisconsin (where we currently reside) three years ago. Shortly after arriving here, his ex girlfriend in Tuscon claimed she was pregnant with his child. She wanted him to pay child support that she decided without him signing the birth certificate and without a paternity test. He desperately wants to see if she is the father but she refuses to participate. Is there any legal way to force her to cooperate? Is he legally obligated to pay child support without being on the birth certificate if it is her fault he is not able to see the child?

I was fired from my job for no reason. I was upset about when I spoke to my boss and called a co worker a bad word at my boss. Then, they filed a workplace harassment injunction on me. I filed a hearing. The judge threw out the false claims they made on me but had to keep the injunction on me because of the bad word I called the co worker when I was fired. I want this off my record without filing an appeal. How can I get this off my record?
