If the a/c unit goes out in your apartment can you deduct the cost of a hotel room from your rent

I live out of the US but I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Yuma County. I want to quash the warrant so that I can freely pass into the country and appear before the court to address the charges on my own account. Is there a way to go about this by doing it myself?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

What recourse do you have when a judge (new /inexperienced) makes a horrible nonsensical decision on child support payments, arrears in support, health insurance responsibility, massive medical bill responsibility, and all issues went against the custodial mother all responsibility was placed on the mother and no consequences were bestowed upon the dead beat father whatsoever ( the fact that no support had been paid for an entire year not medical bills either was ignored by the judge). The judge ignored the proof the attorney presented and sided with the dead beat. No support continues to date

Is the state required to make a decision on your unemployment claim by a certain amount of time? What is the longest they can wait to make a decision on whether or not you qualify for unemployment? What happens if you get a job before they make a decision?

I shared a house with two others. I paid rent on time as well as utilities. No rental agreement was given to me and my name is not on the lease. A rental application was submitted. I am now being sued for non payment of rent and non usage utility cost because I moved out prior to the lease expiring.

I just signed another year lease. My company is moving the office to another state, so I'm losing my job. I was told I could get out of my lease. Can I get a letter from my company stating they are moving the office out of state (more that 50 miles) and present it to the landlord, and they will have to let me out of my lease, she said this is Az. law. Is this True?

My child who I have custody of due to taking his mother to court for mental heath reasons. With that being said I have taken the paternity with it saying I’m the father, which I knew. what do I do now to get my name on my sons birth certificate. I have his birth certificate with me. His mother will not agreee to sign the necessary paperwork for me to be added onto his birth certificate. What packet would I need to go down to the court and get this case started. The end result is be put on the birth certificate and proceed to change his last name to mine bc mother is not present / active.

Can a landlord evict because they not animal control or law enforcement deemed your dogs aggressive? There have been no noise or aggressive/ vicious dog complaints filed with animal control but now suddenly we were told get rid of the dogs or be evicted. And the property manager has lied about complaints from the other tenants and about one of my dogs getting out and chasing her boy friend on a day I was home all day with my dogs so I know for a fact none of them got out of my yard and she never mentioned it to my husband who works for her or me.
