I was recently applied for an internship toward a career in Network Administration, but was ineligible after a background check. I have a prior conviction from when I was 1995, which I had expunged in 1999. I am unsure of who to contact to get these record sealed so they don't bar me from employment further. I will have wasted years getting a degree in a field I can't get into! Thanks for your time to help and for any assistance you can give me.

I turn 18 in October. I was wondering what it would take to change my last name to my moms maiden name in October. My mom is okay with it and father hasn't been in my life. Also my mom and father are seperated and going through child support issues. Is there anything that would prevent me from doing that? If so what can i do?

My landlord has yet to return my security deposit. She keeps saying "I'll do it soon" but doesn't. I don't think she has much intention of returning it soon. In her lease, it states she has 30 days to return security deposit, I was unaware that in AZ she only has 14. Since I signed her contract, do I have to wait the full 30 days or does AZ Law of 14 business days trump that?

We own a mobile home in a park. We have a lady that wants to buy our mobile. She paid a fee to start the application process to be approved for lease in the park. She passed the criminal/credit portion but they needed a note from her doctor regarding a waiver for her service dogs being over 25 lbs. Her doctor signed the form and she took it into the office. Then they told her they were wrong and it had to be mailed to the doctor's office by the park. We are over two weeks waiting on an approval and they told us they don't know when they will have an answer. Is there a time limit on approval.
