  • My question is my ex boyfriend and I discussed taking out a title loan on our truck . We are both on the title. We agreed to do it but I’m the one that drove down and filed for the loan. So my name is primary on the Loan contract. After that he decides to leave me he takes our truck and blocks me so I can’t speak to him. He refuses to pay the loan payments. He also has our truck. I don’t think I should have to pay for a truck I no longer drive . They want the truck or their money ? What should I do?
  • We have lived in a rental since 2009. Two years ago, the house was sold to a new owner and now we have a property management company that we talk to. (Prior was family friend owner). There is a large Tree in the back yard, over 30 ft tall, that has been maintained by the previous owner personally and by some people the property management sent over three different times since taking over the property. Due to a recent storm, the tree has broken branches 20 + feet in the air. The property management company was notified and have told me its my responsibilty. Is this true or not?
  • My Mom is an 80-year old senior with legal status, diable, no income, arrived in the US November 2007. She was just recently approved for AHCCCS Federal Emergency Services. I made an appeal to AHCCCS that she be granted a regular full coverage because of her current medical condition. What are the rights of the seniors in Arizona with the same case of my Mom in terms of health care. She has heart disease, severe arthritis, acute glaucoma that needs to be followed-up by specialists. She has been due for medical check up and needs continuous medication for the above illnesses. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
  • I am getting the run around from my apartment complex about my final move out fees and charges. Every time I speak with them it is a COMPLETELY different story. I am not technically on a lease I haven't signed paperwork there since December 2013. I just moved out in November I just want to know if I am responsible for 30/60 days notice which I've already given but they keep changing their story everyday.
