  • 500 of us live at a 55 plus Mobile Home Park on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community and have received notice of the end of a 99 year lease being up 70 years early, Dose the State of Arizona controll what happens or is it under Federal Law because were located on the Reservation?
  • I recently renewed my lease. When doing that I made it aware to my apartment manager that my ceiling was leaking!I was told that the AC unit ( which is a P-tech unit like used in hotels) from the apartment above me was leaking. So they told the tenants to place a bucket under the unit to catch the water!!! Well my ceiling still leaks from time to time and the sheet rock has started to fall, and the window casing near the leak had also beginto fall!! Im 3 months into my new lease and they still refuse to make repairs!!!! Can I break my lease without penalty because of neglected repairs?

Throughout my life, my relationship with my father has not been good and I have put up with it because, well, he is my father. I hope you understand this. It has been 2 years and his verbal abuse and demands have not ceased, they have actually escalated. Would there be any action that can be taken to evict my father from the house?

  • Someone posted a no trespassing sign ARS 13-1502-A1 on some idle land my neighbors and I have traditionally use for access to county trails. It is suspect. How can I tell if this is a legitimate sign, or if someone just bought it off the internet to scare his neighbors away? (same party strung cable accross a common access road in June and injured a bicyclist) . thx!
