who is required to pay the property taxes on a mobile home in a mobile home park? Is it the landlord's responsibility since he is the owner of the park, or the homeowner's responsibility?

Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?

My landlord was intoxicated and assaulted me yesterday. I called the police and they came over, the cops asked if I wanted to press charges I said no, which I now regret. The officer asked if things would be ok if I left for the night and returned tomorrow. I stated yes and went to a motel for the night. When I returned home this afternoon he shows up with the police and a restraining order. I just paid him a months rent on July 1st, which he won't give back part off. Can I now press charges a day or two after and can I sue him for the rent I was screwed out of? He assaulted me... Help!!

I moved back to my paid off house after 2 years away from an extremely violent crack addict. He has now forced his way back into my home because he is a freeloader and wants to live withowut paying a single bill. When I tell him to leave he says FU, make me. He believes that he owns everything I have and takes my car 24/7 so I have no way out. When I attempt to do anything he destroys my things or steals them and pawns them. If I do anything at all to call for help he destroys my phone and beats me up and threatens to destroy my house. He is the biggest fake but noone believes me. HELP

WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies? If your answer is to employ a lawyer, may we have a list local to Tucson, thank you

My husband and my daughter (his stepdaughter) were in an argument and my daughter slapped my husband in the face. My husband called the police and now wants to get a restraining order. My daughter was in the wrong by getting physical but I also don't think a restraining order is needed. Where does that leave me. My daughter can never come to our house again.
