What can be done about children riding bikes and skateboards during the day while cussing in the parking lot? I feel this is a safety issue and it happens daily. My brother and I had a verbal agreement that he would purchase my property in which I run my business from and live and we would then do a lease option to buy back with a set price being set at time of agreement and I would be responsible for making interest only payments on the money he borrowed to pay for the property, which was fine. However he has not provided me with any type of a written agreement, it is two years later and payment is quadruple what it was suppose to be and now he is trying to evict me and sell the property, do I have any rights? I have emails stating the above.

I was ordered tbo reimburse 9500 of 9950 of remaining attoneys fees with 10% annum interest. My ex has not paid anything to her attoney in 2.5 years. I have settled with her attorney for their fees and interest because she took me back to court. She now owes nothing without paying a dime. Will I still have to pay her the 10% interest?

My roommate and I have been experience rodents for the past month. Together we removed two rats from our air vents and only the on-site maintenance was resolving the issue for 10 business days before the pest control came. They were to be inspecting once a week and after three weeks we would move to step two. They have not been coming to inspect and now we have rat mites. Our management is not bringing them in to irradiate this issue or clean our air vents. Can we break our lease?

I allowed myself to be manipulated to sign an agreement for matchmaking service at 9 at night. The next morning I realized I could not affort it and I wrote a letter to cancel it (via e mail). They responded so I know they received it. The fine print on the contract I signed states the letter must be certified. My understanding is that certified simply ensures the recipient receives the letter. They did respond to e mail. Now, they are stating that they are suing me for the full amount and that I also signed that I must pay all legal fees. Do have any rights here? It has been 2 weeks. Thankyou
