Then the last week of April I didn’t receive the rent bill no one in the parking lot did. I was arrested an charged with assault. It was all based on a lie that my ex-gf told the police. My lawyer proved the lie and the charges were dropped. I spent 4 days in jail, lost my job, and spent over $10000 in legal fees. PPD won't go back and charge her. She has little money, but I want some justice. I was thinking about small claims court since I can do that on my own. Does that court handle pain and suffering claims?

I'm 63 and pay rent and have a lease in a senior apartment. The landlady is allowing the tenants next door have their non-senior daughter and 2 grandchildren live next door for free for a year and on top of all the chaos and noise from the kids and extra friends and family constantly coming and going this is not the senior living that the landlady advertised when i signed a lease. and to make matters even worse the woman with the 2 kids is a convicted thief . allow the tenants have open mailboxes which makes it extra stress. i try talking to the landlady for a yr. and im being ignored. help!

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?

Hello, my husband & I purchased an older home in Aug. The Sellers listed on the disclosure statement that they treated for roof rats. However, they didn't solve the issue. It has taken us 6 months to resolve the problem not to mention a lot of money. Since it was listed on the disclosure statement, do we have any recourse?
