  • I have had legal guardianship of my grandson in Arizona since he was 15 months old. He is now 11. My husband has been given a promotion and we now have to relocate to Indiana. As legal guardian am I able to just move with him? Do I need to file paperwork? Do I need his mothers permission? She is still unable to take care of him in a stable manner.   • I live in a home in which had not been occupied for about 4years. I have been here almost18months now i have done some work on the place like put locks on front door itjusthad a chain throughtthe hole, I’ve fixed resroom sink and painted, i put up a dividing fence in the back yard as well as cleaned up the entire property, I’ve finished the bedroom closet including insulation drywall and soon paint the owner of the home is telling me because i had an incident with his son locking me out of my home that now i have to move out and i have 8days. We have no wtitten agreement. What can i do?

Girl gets pregnant tells boy that he is not the father and states she took a non-invasive prenatal paternity test to find out and that her boyfriend, at the time, is the father not boy. 2 years ago mutual friend shows boy picture of the child and has doubts about that test if it even was true that she took it.   • I assigned a 30 day reservation to rent a unit from a person who later was discovered is not the owner or the tenant on the lease. When I contacted the owner and the management the 30 day reservation is against the rules of the facility. We also received made up fines from the person lying that they were generated from the homeowners association when I spoke to the homeowners association there was no such fine ever levied how much is the satiation call the police and has a police report from this particular person being fraudulent. Where do we go for help to get our deposit back. Is this person even our landlord
  • I recently found out I am paying for the electric in the laundry room that everyone else uses. Is this considered a breach in contract, if I pay my own utilities. The realty company said they will take $25 off the rent each month or to move out, is this violating my rights as a tenant?
