Who I was going to allow to live with me. My ex is threatening attorneys and fighting for custody because I am allowing this boy to live in my home. He is a good kid with no criminal history nor any record of any trouble. If I marry his dad, he will be my stepson. Does my ex have a leg to stand on? I will not risk losing custody of my daughters. In Az is it illegal for a used car dealership to sell a vehicle that had not yet been emissioned tested first? I have read on the Arizona Dept. of Enviromentak Quality page that they do,does this mean the contract I signed is technically void? Please dont judge me as i have had other repos and garnishments for them and they have all been paid for. i bought the car in late december 2012 and it wasnt till late feb. 2013 when they finally had to do an emissions test as my license plate wouldnt be mailed off till it was done. My husband and I own a home and have rented out a room to a man under a month to month lease. After 8 months we have decided that this is no longer what we want and have served him his 30 day notice to vacate. During this period he has moved his girlfriend in who never leaves our home even when he is at work and stays the night every night for the past 2 weeks. We clearly have it stated in the lease that the tenant shall not have overnight guests for more than 2 nights in a one week period. Can I call the cops and have her escorted off our property?

I have a baby that's going to be born soon and the mother will not let me be part of the baby's life because I choose to be with someone else. She's giving the baby her new boy friend's last name even though she and I both know the baby is mine. What can I do to be in my child's life legally without her being able to tell me no?

When does FMLA start over? When can you use it again? Does it vary between employers? I used 12 weeks ending April 17th 2015. When would I be eligible again? My employer said at some point you could get partial of the 12 months and that it's a rolling 12 months. Please explain. I'm so confused.
