im 16 and after my dad tried to kill me i now my mom who has full custody of me. i dont want to live here anymore i have to share a room with two other people, my mom drinks, and here boyfriend verbally abuses my little sisters. i would like to live with my aunt who lives in another state to have full custody of me without being emancipated, anyway i could do that?

how many months do one has to wait to reapply for ALTCS, if you have been denied and you are now in Hospice, awaiting salvation. Also, does the Nursing Home Care Reform Act of 1987 is still effective and can a skilled nursing facility force a relative or family member to take you in if all your Medicaid/Medicare benefit days have been exhausted and the facility corporate office has threaten to issue a 30 day notice to evict? I am wondering if it is considered fraud for an employer to claim we would be interviewed via phone by an impartial party then turn around and hire someone outside the company without ever interviewing the internal applicants?

I’m in a disturb with my ex wife right now on visitation hours. She is refusing to let me see my son. About a year ago I was collecting unemployment and was unable to pay her child support. She wouldn’t let me see him till I gave her money. I made $12 an hour before I was unemployed, now I only make 8.50 an hour (still paying 12.00 an hour child support). I can hardly afford rent, I’m already in the process of changing the child support payments but I also need to change custody. I work 40 hours a week and I would love to have him every weekend. Can someone please advice me in a good directio

My daughter is 2 months old. Her mother and I are not married. In the hospital filled out a form for paternity that We were told would get submitted so we could request a birth certificate for our daughter.
