  • How do I file a complaint against a lawyer?
  • i was terminated for insuboration even though i wasnt on company time yet.
  • My house foreclosed and was sold at auction on 4/4. On 4/5 I spoke with the new owner and he said he would give me until 4/12 to vacate. Today 4/9 I recieved a Forcible Detainer request form in the mail. DO I need to be out by today?
  • paid application fee (30.00), and was approved during special of 99.00 per month advertisement. Contacted mgmt, then was told there was nothing available, requested return of 30.00 app fee (denied)told non-refundable. How can they take a app or a fee if nothing is available. When lot came available, because of timing had no choice but to take, but we were told rent was now 295.00 instead of 99.00 even after being approved at special offering but nothing available. Do I have any recourse, and now 7 months later 99.00 special is available. Any Help would be great. thanks for the help
  • I am trying to find information for a friend who is unable to afford a divorce/legal separation. His spouse has essentially kidnapped their son and left the state without any contact. The cost of filing for legal separation/divorce is not prohibitive, but the forms require legal assistance to fill out properly which is costly. Is there a way to petition for temporary custody order/rights without filing for legal separation to bring their son back to his home state?
  • My house has rats and landlord hired an exterminator who laid bait under the wood floors and the rats died in the house. The house now smells putrid and my landlord refuses to hire someone to remove the rats. I don't know what to do, I can't even stay in my own house. Also after I read through our rental agreement I noticed that she has snuck in little clause stating that if I take any type of legal action towards her she has the right to evict me. Is any of this legal?!
  • I had an altercation with one of my neigbors due to him pullin in reverse & almost ramming our car. the guy got offended & backed up to anothr vehicle of his to get a gun & confront me. We called 911 & the police arrived soon but the guy was already out of sight, probably hiding in his apartment. there is a case# filed.what can I do about it?
