QUESTIONS

  • I pay spousal maitenance monthly to Support Payment Clearing House directy, in the form of a check. The divorce decree that is on record has a date listed as the final date or last payment to be payed through January 31, 2019. Do I need to fill any additional closure documents or just send the last payment when due? It is not withheld from my paycheck. I write the check. Not sure if I need to file anything or if they get it per the decree.
  • I am a 28 year old disabled man with a service dog and I live with 3 roommates whom I do not get along with. One of them (my ex) has threatened to kick me to the streets even though I have done nothing to warrant this. Can my roommates kick me out if I am on the lease? I pay my fair share of the rent, I have not done anything illegal, I have not done anything against my roommates to warrant being kicked out, and I have not broken any of the rules to be a tenant at the apartment complex I currently live in. What are my legal rights?

I was told by my realtor and the short sale expert the HOA dues owed to stop payment while in short sale. And after the house foreclosed that the HOA's would be absorbed in the sale of the propety. Now a collections agency has attempted to collect again in 13'. What does the law say about this.

     

  • what does the law say I must do if my wife dies during the night. we have a living will, power of attorney. donator list and we don't want heroic measures if there won't be s good out come. we want to be cremated (in paperwork) can I just drive her to the hospital etc?
  • I am renting (with 3 months left on my lease) but am in the process of purchasing a home. I have requested to vacate the rental property early but will pay all remaining rent. Question: can the landlord legally require me to maintain the rental property (thru the lease date) even after I’ve paid all rent and vacated the property?
  • I am divorced and my ex took my children out of the state of arizona. She didnt give written notice of this and she lied to me and the children that she was moving some where else in the state what can I do to get my children back???
  • I have an employee that has co-signed for a loan with her son, the son has defaulted and is filing bankruptcy, the lender has not yet contacted her for repayment of the loan. She would like to be ready to do whatever she has to do to make this go away. She doesn't want to file for bankruptcy, but may have to. She is looking for a low cost/free help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
