  • I LEFT MY HUSBAND AND HAD TO START COMPLETELY OVER SO I CASHED IN MY 401K...IS HE ENTITLED TO THAT MONEY IF WE WERE ONLY MARRIED A YEAR AND I ACCRUED IT BEFORE WE WERE MARRIED?
  • I recently received a notice from a collection agency stating that I owe $482 for services provided at the apartment complex. I was told at their main office that the charge was for the replacement of the glass stove top and paint. My lease ended on August 19th, 2013; when I went to the office to turn in the keys and schedule a moving out walk-through I was told that it wasn't necessary as no deficiencies were found in the apartment. It's been about 5 months since I moved out and not once did I receive a statement of charges. What should I do?
  • Can a tentant rule out only one parking lot per unit? My tent recently made a us parking out cars inside. Saying only one car is allowed outside. There was then an incident while I was at work and long story short I got charged with class 1 misdemeanor Contributing to the dependency and delinquency of a minor. I completed the year probation and the parenting classes. This was the first and only time I had ever been into trouble. I'm in school and I need to get a fingerprint card for Nursing. How can I, and am I able to get this charge cleared from my record. I'm just a single mom who's trying to better my children's lives.

  • I got married to someone incarcerated in 2005, at the time I didn't know he had a life sentence. I soon heard that a marriage was not legal if someone had a life sentence or had to be consummated. In AZ there are no conjugal visits allowed. I was not ok with some things he was doing and I asked for a divorce in 2007 and stopped all contact. We do not have anything in common and want to know if I file for annulment or divorce and how to go about that, I would like to be divorced and get my maiden name restored. He stated that he will not give me a divorce or sign papers.
  • We have a 1 yr old and when we moved in last oct2015, there was cockroaches in the bathroom. We have cleaned spotlessly, and even bombed the place, yet they just keep coming. For a while, they had their own bug guy come in and treat our apartment once we moved in, but now they stopped. We canot get rid of them!!!! I'm so sick of them biting us, and my daughter somehow eating dead ones. What can we do?!?!? This is our main concern, as they don't do a great job anyways.
