I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?

My wife and i separated(not legally) about a year ago. She claimed she couldn't find work in Arizona. She asked for my permission to take our kids to texas for a few months to work and save money. She has sinced refused to return the kids and come back to Arizona. We both signed and had notary stamped a written agreement but she failed to honor it. She has no work currently but yet will not return our boys. Any help or council would be appreciated. I plan on filling divorce in arizona and petition shared custody in the next few days. What can i do to get my kids back?

I live in an upstairs apartment with my 4 children, whuch two of them are small babies 2 and 4 years old. My downstairs neighbor constantly complains that we are making dragging noises across the floor after 11pm. My children and I are not perfect. They need to move about our place and just simply live. We try very hard to keep the noise down. But recently she said she is going to the cops and management. I told her to go ahead we are not doing anything wrong. No parties, no guest. We're trying. Can we get evicted just because she makes something up?

I have a step son who’s 18 yo and will be 19 in a month who recently just had a baby. My question is this, he recently received a paternity court summons and in the summons it says he has 20 days to respond. Needless to say he hasn’t responded and he’s just ignoring the summons. What will happen if he continues to ignore this summons? It’s already passed the 20 day window.

My lease specifically states landlord can do an annual inspection. She has requested an inspection every month for the past 3months. She also wants to come in the middle of the day when I work. She is just looking for a way to get her house back. I've given in to her inspections the past months. Now I'm done with it. I can't keep leaving work because she wants to abuse her landlord rights. Can I refuse her this time since she's abusing and my lease states annual inspection? I need help fast! I told her I couldn't be home and she insists she's coming anyway. Thank you!
