  • OK....I am 43 and am on ssi...my "ex"husband said that our divorce was final I believe in 2007 (I should have received papers I know now....) I just found out he passed away 2 years ago and I can find a single record of our divorce...if we were never divorced am I entitled to anything? Benefits...401k etc..
  • I am on a month to month lease. On December 4th I gave notice to landlord that my last day in the property will be January 5th. They are stating I am violating the law and that my 30 day notice is not valid as I would have had to give it to then November 30th for December 31st move out date. Is this true?

He stopped doing that and without my permission he took the truck to the east coast. He also violated the protection order. No way to contact him and now he getting violation for tolls in New York that I am receiving in the mail. Police will not report it stolen. What can I do?
