The AZ Landlord and Tenant Act states that a landlord must supply reasonable amounts of hot water, heating, and air conditioning or cooling. As far as air conditioning goes what is a reasonable amount? Is it a specific temp that your unit should be able to maintain? My unit in the evenings sometimes reach 83-84 degrees. Others in the complex said they have the same issue. We have a chilled water system, and we believe they just need to turn the temperature down on the system. But they say that the water temp is at the correct temp.

My sister died in April leaving her estate to 2 foster children. Her personal representative quit in May and no one has assumed control of the estate and he has not turned it over to anyone. I fear the home will go into foreclosure. I would like to have a private fiduciary take over, what do I have to do to make that happen? The foster children are listed as her only heirs, my brothers are furious, can they prevent a private fiduciary from assuming control and force the foreclosure and loss of her estate? I don't have funds to hire a lawyer, how can I get this accomplished?

If someone is on an Interstate Compact from Oregon to AZ and on parole, and they get put in jail; don't they still have the right to know why they've been put in jail? Especially after 3 weeks, with no appearance before a judge given, and Oregon says they still haven’t heard anything from Arizona and they usually don’t on these minor violations. I was told by a PO that my Son was being locked up for a parole violation of two diluted UA’s in a row. My son had to hear from me why he was locked up. They never told him his UA’s were coming out diluted or why he was being locked up.
