Can a landlord, as part of the lease, require the tenant to agree to only require 12 hours entry notice? Our new lease includes a provision that acknowledges the appropriate section of the ARS, but does not mention the 'two days' requirement. Quoted here... "Tenant agrees that Landlord, its agents and contractors, shall have the right to enter into the leased premises, or any portion thereof, upon twelve (12) hours oral or written notice to Tenant, for the purpose of inspecting the same or performing such repairs or maintenance as the Landlord deems reasonably necessary.

I was given exclusive use of our residence in my OOP. Is my husband still required to pay his half of the rent even though he was required to leave the residence?

I was living at my father's house with my family lease and rent free. There was a fire and everything was destroyed. He has 20000 in personal property damage coverage. The insurance company is refusing to pay for our belongings because they said he isn't residing there. If he is receiving mail there and has a utility on in his name at that address and the bill is mailed to him at the same address is that considered as him residing there?

I rent a mobile. This mobile now has black mold inside the walls and in closets everywhere. The landlord tells me just to move, that it's only from the monsoon. I can't afford to move. Isn't he responsible for the condition of the mobile?

I share a deed with right of survivorship with my adult child. She married and moved to another home. She and her new husband want to buy a new home with space for me to live and will deed my amount on current deed to a new deed with survivorship rights for my adult child.
