We purchased a park model from a private owner and it is set in a RV resort in Goodyear we paid her annual rent in April when we moved in we now have decided to purchase a home this was our temporary home as we transferred here due to the fact that we are selling the home and it has a carport and a 10 by 10 storage shed if someone were to want to purchase just the trailer do we have to leave the carport behind?can they legally charge us for rent on the lot if we move out before our year is up and new owner is also charged lot rent because move in take ownership of trailer. I signed a contract to move into an apartment 6 weeks ago paid all fees and first months rent, I am supposed to move in on June 22, 2019. I received a phone call today telling me the apartment will no be available because the current renter has decided not to move. I have less than two weeks to find alternative housing is this legal?

My son was terminated from his job for "reporting late to work". He was never given any verbal warning about the possibility of being fired until the day it happened. There were other workers at his place of employment who had, in the past, not shown up for work at all without even calling the employer and are still employed. In you oppinion is he eligible for unemployment compensation?

I locked myself out of my apartment and was denied entry by management for 3 1/2 hours. Is this legal? I asked to be let back in and the guy (who has a key) told me it wasn't his job to let me back in.
