  • In 2003, my husband's girlfriend moved to AZ from IN. They had a daughter together born Feb. 2003. My husband has been court ordered to pay AZ courts because the mother of the child is currently receiving assistance from TANF. My husband has been told that he must get a attorney to establish visitation rights. My question is does the attorney have to practice law in AZ? We also cannot afford an attorney. What can we do?
  • My uncle passed away and owned an RV and other property that he paid lot fees inside an RV park. He has lived there for many years. The RV Manager and Owner are refusing to allow payments to keep the lot reserved while we get court papers to become executor of his estate. They intend to "evict" for non-payment if we have not removed the property by the end of the month. They will not let us access to his property without court papers. Can they refuse to accept payment from us and what are they legally required to do with his property?
  • how do you divorce an Alzheimers patient?
  • In 2005, I had double strokes which left me unable to walk, memory loss,or to feed myself. My youngester daughter always took care of me. During that time I lived by myself in my home. My only son volunteered to stay with me in my home and take care of me. He lied to me in Dec. '06 and made me sign over the title of my home. He no longer wanted to take care of me so he told my oldest daughter to take me for the weekend while he changed the locks to my home. My oldest daughter then took me to my grandaughter's home and left me there. Now I am living with my youngest daughter and want my home back. I was in no mental condition to know what was going on, I trusted my only son.
  • Currently pregnant- father wanted nothing but an abortion. Time has passed and he wants a DNA test. If the child is his can I petition to terminate his rights? I have proof of him wanting an abortion. I do not want child support or nothing- solely for him to not be involved since that is what he decided since the beginning.
  • I have a 2 year old child with my ex. we were never married and never went through the courts to establish custody. He moved out of state when my son was 3 months old and has only seen him a few times. My fiance is in the army and we will be relocating to texas when he gets home from his deployement. Is there a law that can stop my ex from letting me leave the state with my son, even though he doesnt even live here?
