  • WHAT CAN I DO IF MY LANDLORD DESTROYED OR DISPOSED OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY PRIOR TO 21 DAYS AFTER THE WRIT OF RESTITUTION WAS EXECUTED AND I MADE AN ATTEMPT TO RECOVER IT PRIOR TO THE 21 DAYS EXPIRING?
  • Okay everyone I have a question where downtown can I go to establish my parental rights over my 2 year old son,so his father could never take him from me. My son's father has been in prison for over a year a d 3 months and now h3 is out and trying to give me a schedule on how we should share our son and I feel with his drug use and past I don't feel comfortable with agreeing with him on his schedule besides I believe since I have been raising and providing for my son his entire life I should have the say of how the schedule should be.

I am VLI, formerly homeless briefly, compliant with my treatment every day since 2013 etc. I want to be grandfathered in terminable for cause only again.
  • i dont get to see my grandson he is almost 3 and I've only seen him mabe 10 times what can i do to get visitation?
  • I own my house and rent a lot in a "over 55" community. The driveway is a poor shape and I have asked management for several years for repair. Half of the driveways in the community have been repaired, and I have been told that the rest will be done shortly. That was three months ago! There are chips and holes in the driveway making a safety issue. How can I get them to uphold their responsibility? I do not want to move and just want them to provide the maintenance they are obligated to.
