I have helped raise my 3 year old grand daughter. She stays with me at least 3 nights a week with me not including days. My daughter has new boyfriend who is violent & has issues with me. Now I'm not allowed to see my grand daughter at all. My daughter tends to change my grand daughters life as she changes boyfriends, per how they choose to live. Was wondering about my grand mothers rights & how I file for them.

The ac went out in our house rental at 1:30am, so I had to get myself and two small children to a hotel. We ended up staying for two nights before the AC was repaired. The landlords said they won't/don't reimburse for the hotel. I'm confused because it says in the Tenant/Landlord act that money can be withheld from rent if substitute house has to be found if the rental is uninhabitable. I have receipts for the hotel and I took the amount off the rent & now the landlords are looking to either late fee or evict me. Can they do that?! I really scared as I have two small kids & no where to go.

The mobile home park I live in is corporate owned. February, 2018, the park got a new manager. The manager sent out a general letter stating that, starting 2/12/18 lot inspections will be conducted and then every two weeks after. Is management required by law to send a letter to each individual resident, specifying the date in which a uniformed employee will be on the rented space for inspection? Is management allowed to just send a general letter? In the past, they have come onto the property without any prior notice, have taken pictures, then sent a warning for rule violations.
