Our owner wants to refinance but we're uncomfortable letting an appraiser inside during this time. We're also afraid of the owner deciding not to let us resign due to this. I have been evicted from my apartment,and I have to be out on the 26th of this month ( March 26,2014). I don't have no place to take my stuff. My question is, by law does the landlord have to store my belongings for a certain number of days until I pick them up?

My ex fience left me for another girl when I was 8 month's pregnant, he showed up the day I was induced and left 2 hour's after our son was born never signing the birth certificate or meeting me after to sign papers he always had an excuse, he finally told me because I was having so much trouble getting Dr appointments and other help because our baby had no last name he told me to give him my last name, so I did he does not have his father's last name. Our son is almost 11 month's old now he wants to see him and get paternity test can I refuse visitation since he didn't want to see him before?

My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

I don't know how to classify my question, by is very important and I need a lawyer help or advice. I'm starting a non-profit organization and I need help with the steps to follow. Do you or do you know someone that can help me and that don't charge me an arm and a leg for the help? I've been calling several places and they wouldn't be able to do that because they are not doing the service free or their charge are too much. Please let me know where I can go or to who I can call to get the help.

My ex husband wont let my 13 year old son live with me and my son is threatening to run away from him and he was drawing pictures of himself dead. I am afraid of what he will do if he has to be there. He lives in kingman az and I live in texas. I need to know how I can get custody back from here. I tried to hire a lawyer and she was going to charge me 4000$. I cant afford that. Since he is 13, how would I get him to the court to tell the judge he does not want to be there he wants to be here with me. Please help me asap. Thanks
