QUESTIONS

  • I had previously filled out paperwork to request a modification hearing. A hearing was scheduled but I would like to withdraw that request at this time. When I requested this I was unemployed and unable to pay, but I am now employed and paying as agreed, so I no longer need this modification. Is it possible to cancel this request and court hearing since I'm the one that requested this modification?
  • My question is concerning physical exams, will Ahcccs cover my physical?
  • Is it possible to have the court order my to provide receipts on what the child support is actually spent on?
  • I filed a motion for relief of judgement regarding the acknowledgement of paternity(after the 60 day period) and the judge said I need a proper petition filed before the court can take action. what petition do I need? I have searched through forms and cannot find the correct petition to file the motion under.
  • My wife and I rented a home in Sun City Arizona, a few months in, what they thought was a windshear tore off the Arizona room ceiling and threw it on top of the house. We call the owner immediately and let him know and he said he would take care of it, we also let him know we had our furniture in the Arizona room And would be covering it so that there would be no damage. Unfortunately, it was very hard and we did have rain, our high top bar set and tile top table and patio couch and chairs were ruined because of the heat. The landlord took almost 3 months to finally get someone to replace the ceiling.
  • Is landlord responsible for state of mobile home if sold without notifying tenant that no gas meter exists on premises and bathtub has no running water?
  • We have submitted a notice to move out at the end of next month and already have signed a lease for a new house. The landlord wanta to put the house on the market beginning next month. My question is, with this Covid 19 crisis I don't feel comfortable with people coming in and out of my house meanwhile I am still living here, especially since I am a nurse and have to go to work and be around elderly people. Is there any safety measures in place for me? Whether it be future tenants wearing a mask before entering or the landlord having to wait till we move out to show the house?
  • How do I find a record of payments made to me through Clearinghouse, my ex-husband stopped paying for 6 months because he changed jobs and says Clearinghouse screwed up the info. He has arreages of $1800.00 for those 6 months. He has been current since he finally set it up with Clearinghouse, but I need to show where he didn't pay. Can I get those records from Clearinghouse, and how????
  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
  • I live in a condo complex. One of the other owners has been storing property in a storage bin which is not her own. She appropriated it when it went into foreclosure. The current owner wants that storage bin. What can we do? The lock is still on and the woman (a lawyer, by the way) refuses to remove it.
