I have had my grand daughter since september 2015 and now her mom is wanting her back in June, how do I go about getting guardianship of my grand daughter, my daughter does not live in this state and at the moment she is living with friends, she also has 4 other kids who are constantly being taken out of school and moved around at the moment none of the kids are in school, I really don't want to send her back, she is autistic with other disabilities and is doing good here although we have our moments and she is in counseling, I don't even know if I even have a chance to gain guardianship.

I had a brief relationship with my neighbors son, beginning May 2016-June 2016, and I let him remain in my apartment until recent. We had a verbal agreement that we would split the 3 main bills, rent, electric and cable/internet, fifty fifty. I gave him a receipt for the months of June 2016-January 2017, he got the original and I have the carbon copy in an actual receipt book. I told my ex that he has until the end of February to find another place to live because he is no longer able to pay his share of the bills because they cut his SSI. Can I kick him out without going to court?

I purchased a farm using two different private loans(no banks). One loan was on a promissory note. Animals were used as the collateral on the note. Having defaulted on the note, I have turned over all the animals to the party owed. Is there an Arizona law or case that establishes the turnover of collateral as discharge of the note? Can you recommend a method for me to find this specific information. Thanks

A couple of years ago I left my two small children in the care of my brother while I worked 2 jobs to support us. There was then an incident while I was at work and long story short I got charged with class 1 misdemeanor Contributing to the dependency and delinquency of a minor. I completed the year probation and the parenting classes. This was the first and only time I had ever been into trouble. I'm in school and I need to get a fingerprint card for Nursing. How can I, and am I able to get this charge cleared from my record. I'm just a single mom who's trying to better my children's lives.

My sister in law is pregnant and not married. She does not wish to be with the babies father and will be doing a paternity test when the baby is born. If the test comes back that he is the parent, does she have to make the babies last name the same as his in order to get child support? If he signs his parental rights away, does he still have to pay child support?
