I am 24 and had a baby with a girl. we have never been married. I pay her childsupport and I seen him regulary .4 times a week. My name is not on the birthcertificate. if i dont pay her she wont let me see my son what can i do I have a paternity test from a az doctor he is mine

my landlord back on january 21st 2020 gave me a 30 day notice to vacate, i moved out february 3rd, 2020, however my landlord is still charging me for the full month of february. can my landlord do this? i dont see how my landlord can charge me for the full month of february since i moved out february 3rd 2020, the rent should be pro-rated for the 3 days of february that i was still at my old apartment?

My ex has sole custody of my 17 year old daughter. In November 2010, my daughter spent 2 weeks in residential treatment for cutting. When my daughter was discharged from treatment, it was recommended she participate in more treatment, my ex is not following thru with this. My daughter sounds they way she did whenshe was cutting, I am worried w/o treatment she will hurt herself. Can I file for emergency custody? Called CPS but they are not sure if they will bebable to respond timely. Can I file the one where my ex is not served? Not sure if the situation meets the criteria for that?

Can I stay longer in a foreclosure property? I am the tenant . The bank is the owner now. I am willing to pay for the extra time until I buy the house, but i need more time, and I dont want to leave. I need four more months. Do I have any rights to stay the extra time?

My father died in March & mother in June. We have found that dad had some life insurance through USPO with no beneficiary designated. They want to pay to my mom's estate but there is no estate. She had assets under $10,000 and no real property. I found the small estate affidavit. There are three surviving children, 1 deceased with 2 children. I assume we all need to fill out an affidavit? One of the grandchildren is still a minor. Who fills out his?

After eviction judgement is served, how many days must the landlord keep tenants personal effects in storage? when can the landlord dispose of the said tenants belongings?

Can I call the police on my parents if they choose not to give me my birth certificate, social security number, clothes, and school things such as books? i left my house to be at my boyfriends and they are not giving me any of my stuff what do I do? how do I get it back?

I recently was Evicted from my apartment and locked out by the constable. Unfortunately I was unable to remove all of my belonging and was told I need to return make arrangements with the landlord to get the rest of my things. When I returned i was told that someone must have stolen my things. What do I do? I made a police report, But the property management told me they will not replace any of my things . Can anyone tell me what rights I have and what I should do thank you any help is much appreciated .
