I'm permanently disabled as well and on fixed income which means I can't afford legal fees anymore. We need help filing our documents with the courts with all the necessary paper work the first time minimizing travel for health reasons

My girlfriend and I allowed her brother (a 300lb man) to crash with us after he got evicted. After about 2 1/2 weeks we realized this was a terrible idea and told him he needed to leave. He packed most of his things and left but took some things that didn't belong to him. Upon him returning for the last if his stuff, we told him he was not allowed to enter the premises and we would bring him his stuff. He got mad and tried to force his way into the house and my girlfriend fought him off. She got arrested for"hitting" him. Isn't this still a form of self defense considering he doesn't live here

I had a friend staying with me to help pay the rent. They left (without paying debt) and left several of their things at my house. I want the things out. How long do I have to store their belongings until I can get rid of them. I have informed them several times and they will not collect their things.

My baby's father has been in contempt of court "at least" 2 times. This last time the judge told him, "If you haven't made some kind of payment before the review hearing in 2 months...you will go to jail." Well he had not made any payments and the judge didn't do anything about it except give us another review hearing in 2 months. I don't understand why he is getting away with contempt of court and more than once. What can I do?
