My parents are getting a divorce and my younger sibing resides with my mother. Myself and other siblings realize that our mother is addicted to prescribed medications. My father does not want to write anything in the papers about my mothers drug dependency, however, my siblings and I agree that my mom should have to attend rehab to keep our sibling in her home. Is there legally anything we can do to demand rehab?

Owner stated he would mail check next week. 3/20 Rec'd signed inspection list for 3 bulbs. 3/20 Utilities shut off. 3/22 Rec'd email from owner stating I was obligated to keep utilities on until 3/31. And that he was going to do work on the house. He suggested I give him an amount to deduct for utilities till 3/31. And if not I can refute deductions upon receipt of deposit. I live in Phoenix & filed our divorce in AZ. My husband is going on medical disability & lives in CA. He is turning his pension into the disability. We have been married 19 years and the judge that I saw at my first hearing wants me to check the pension amount so I receive my correct amount. I have a request for $850.00 in spousal support but I would like to lower it to $450.00 because he is going on disability. I completed the decree with a paralegal. Can I change the decree myself to lower the amount of spousal support before my next default hearing?

Our family is relocting to another state. Our 16 year old daughter is not wanting to go and says "she refuses." We are an average American family and never had a problem with our daughter. She does well in school and my wife and I have always held very good jobs. What are her rights as a minor and ours as parents. She is claiming that if she runs away, she legally cannot be "forced" to go home.
