Does AZ Landlord Tenant Act apply to senior living facilities, specifically independent living facilities where residents contract with the facility includes some meals, use of facilities' transportation services, etc? (To be clear, I am not asking about assisted living facilities.)

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? How can I make a legal separation a divorce, when I did not offer any response to the petitioners request? We worked the separation out together, so I didn't want to fight her!

My child was given another childs bottle at the daycare/gym after which he contracted an illness. This resulted in a $1200 bill. The daycare/gym needs to be responsible for this. I am needing guidance on how to file a claim against them to have them pay this or re emburse me. They are ignoring me.

I applied at an apartment complex and they told me I needed to pay a holding fee so they can hold the apartment for me. All I did qawas sign the application and told them i would bring tye holding fee another day so they gave me another form stating all of the fees I was to pay at move in. (You sign that AFTER you pay the holding fee). So a couple days later I went in and cancelled my application and now they're sending me to collection for that holding fee. I asked to be shown the policy on that and all they showed me was a paper saying the amount and next to it "non-refundable".

My apartment building is newly owned by a new company. They're saying that everything that was okayed by the old apartment manager does not mean anything so my boyfriend and I live together we are not currently under a lease and she's saying that he can't be here even though neither of us have a lease and we have both been residing here for a few months now
