  • My brother owns a construction company and hired a homeless man. He told the homeless man he could temporarily stay in a trailer that had no electricity or water, but a roof over his head. This trailer is on my property and the homeless man has since been fired by my brother and I gave him an eviction notice and he has not made any attempt to move out. He built a shed on my property without permission using stolen material from my brothers construction company. How do I get him off my property? There was no written lease only a verbal agreement. I don't know what to do?
  • My friend and her boyfriend are renting a 2 apartment, and both signed the lease. The can afford it alone. If move in, can I pay them or do have to sign the lease as well?

  • I was assaulted twice by another tenant ,once in October 2017 and once in February 2018 after walking my dogs ,on a leash, and tenant's bulldog charged after my small dogs,she threatened and hit me on both occasions and pulled a gun on me in second assault...police say they are still investigating though a video shows she hit me and she admitted to striking me on first assault.Manager has do e nothing to this woman except for a warning and stating to me this woman says she is moving in the future. seeing how the second assault was foreseeable ,past assault, can complex be held liable
  • My landlord turned off the air conditioning between Nov 2014 and March 2015. The ac is controlled per bldg. I read ARS 33-1364 and spoke to two different people at Neighborhood services. Both stated the management company violated the law because it is not stated in the lease that the ac will be cut off between Dates A & B. I am going to try to resolve this with them but I would like to ensure I am on solid ground.
  • My partner has locked me out of our company, and is using a lawyer to try to force me to sign over my share of our company. She has made up allegation of misappropriation without proof, and without due process is stealing the company from me. The idea of the company is entirely mine, all the work was done and/or organized by me, and all supplies and furnishing we procured by me... with a week left before opening, she has locked me out, emptied the bank accounts, and is letting my family starve while she tries to finish without me.
