I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

I am SMI and severely physically and mentally disabled. I have trouble communicating. An employee that works in the office always treats me poorly and treats my non disabled friend and tenant normally. She recently called cops on me and tried to force me to leave office w/o info while discriminating against me talking about if I would “stop running [my] mouth” + more abuse. I still don’t have info. Makes it hard for me. Do I have recourse?

I am currently paying my arreaarages for child support, but was awarded to claim my daughter in odd years. In 2005, she would not let me take the deduction and again this year; telling me because I am not current that I cannot claim her. Is this true? If yes, what is the statute? If no, what steps do I need to take that she is not following a court order?

I'm the landlord and I want the people to move I had them evicted 8 months ago and then I felt sorry for them when they asked if they could sleep in their car in driveway with their 2 small children and their dog . I tried to evict them again last month for nonpayment of the utilities and failure to dispose of their huge pile of household trash , unfortunately I gave them a 24 hr notice to clean it up so I did not win the eviction , the verbal agreement was that they were to pay utilities water trash electric .
