This I can do as of two weeks from today, when I get my second pay stub. Unfortunately, they are proceeding with foreclosure. I cannot afford an attorney. I just need someone to make them wait the extra two weeks, plus however long they take to process my application. A tech has been out twice to look at it, and claims there is no problem. I have asked the landlord for a break in rent this month due to the aggravation, as well as the fact that I am paying for a condo unit with a working washer and dryer. I can't get a response from my landlord or the realty company.
