  • Can a landlord put into the lease and expect a tenant to comply with broken windows not being replaced? All windows also do not have screens. Also the property is riddled with garbage, tires, glass and many other things. Please help...I really believe the landlord is wrong on this.

I was told that my property had been cleaned out by old management back in April 2016. I never moved out of the storage and I was paying on a storage that was now rented out to another. What are my rights. I've lost everything.
