QUESTIONS

  • I live in section eight house the state pays the rent every month but i only paid half of the deposit and paying monthly payments towards the remaining balance of the deposit can u get evicted from not paying deposit on time
  • If stopped by law enforcement, officer asks "IS A GUN IN THE VEHICLE?" is the operator required to answer specifically yes or no? We are not residents of the state of Arizona.

Former employee admits no letter/no voice mail message to family. NMR filed probate with condo as only asset, chose the PR, & now, due to their admin error and incompetence, fees&costs against Estate in excess of $40,000, disabled grandson being evicted & condo auction sold thru no fault of Mom or family
  • Does the Landlord have the right to do and inspection without the tenant being present. In this case they refuse to set an appointment. They intent to just walkin while the tenant is away working.

  • Aug. of 2010 the sheriff came to my house telling me the landlord called them because no one should be living there and I needed to call her. He dialed his cell phone. The lady on the other end said I need to send my rent to her. I asked what happened to my landlord was she dead and did not get a response. On Sept 1st I started to send her my rent. We have no written or verbal agreement. The property tax bill is in a dead persons name. Now she wants to evict me because I told her the roof leaks. Can she do this?
  • Someone set my apartment door on fire when I wasn't at home, so I made a police report and told the apartment manager. She informed me that I am responible for paying for the door even though I wasn't the one set it on fire. Can they make me pay for the door even though I wasn't there and didn't do it?

  • My 2 daughters reside at clear creek apartments flagstaff...they pay 1250 a month for their apartment. In the amenities it list HEAT is one the items provided in the apartment. They have a THERMOSTAT SWITCH in the apartment. When they did their walk through they were instructed to turn on to be sure it was in working order it WASNOT they told management and have NOT RECEIVED ANY response. They have been told nothing about it. I have sent emails and placed phone calls to have no response. What can we do. They are freezing. Short of buying space heaters for every room and run the risk of fire
