  • I am on Arizona Workers' Compensation my surgeon has released me to a pain management doctor. My back has not improved and I have chronic pain half of the day an the other half I am asleep for the medication. I don't want to live this way I want my back injury fixed, what are my options can I ask for another surgeon.

  • I currently have a tenant that has not paid their rent. It was due on the 1st and they were sent late notices. They will not return phone calls but have emailed saying they will pay and then never follow through. I sent a 5 day pay or quit notice with delivery confirmation because in the past they will not sign/pickup certified mail. It was delivered on the 17th and it says they must pay by the 22nd. When can I file for eviction? Tomorrow the 23rd or do I have to wait longer?
  • My adult probation officer informed me that she was "required by law" to receive a notarized letter from my employer - I asked if there was a standard format letter I could review and she said no. I have no issue verifying employment through typical means but I feel a letter that is arbitrary is a bit unfair. I just want someone to show me the "required by law" part???
  • I got a harassment injunction against someone in February 2018, they violated it and are being prosecuted today Oct 2018. They were threatening before, but now they are extremely angry. I am trying to break my lease becasue I dont feel safe with this person knowing where I live and my apt landlord says my injunction/ PO is too old and because it wasn't domestic violence, it doesn't count. This person has threatened me and is obviously being punished by law, what can I do? What AZ statutes if any allow me to break my lease due to my situation?
  • what can I do if the owner sold the property and the new management is telling me I have to get my deposit back from him and he lives out of state???? The owner also owes me for unpaid wages during my employment there. He took me to court 4 times for payment of non rent but instructed the managers NOT to accept my rent payments. The courts ruled in my favor and I owed him zero. I was still evicted and had 5 days to move. I did a walk-thru with a manager and I left it move-in ready yet I'm fighting now for my deposit... any suggestions?????? Please.
