We are on a month to month lease with 60 notice to vacate. We are actually vacating after 30 days, leaving the house empty (but open to potential new tenants) for the remainder of the terms. Who is responsible for the utilities during that time? I don't want someone to leave a light on and be charged for it after we have turned the property back over the the management company.

Our 16 year old son became aggressive after a shopping outing and began beating up my wife taking her to the ground. We are wondering what legal options we have since the answer we are getting from all agencies is that we just have to deal with it and work it out ourselves. We are looking for help of any kind including juvenile detention or detainment in a health facility. I am afraid to leave the house if our son is there and afraid of what he might do in the middle of the night since he has uttered death threats.

I am breaking my lease with 7 months left on it. I told my landlord a week ago and they have yet to post the property on the rental market. How long do they have to do this? I know I am responsible for rent until they find a new tenant but I also know they need to make an effort to find one.

I was evicted due to inability to pay due to high medical cost. My landlord allowed the 21 days but took my personal effects to Prescott. Is that possible??? I have lost all due to this disaster. I take responsibility for not paying. I have the funds to pay off the judgment, but have lost all.. Plus a work computer that belongs to my company covered by HIPPA laws. Thank you in advance
