  • I have been separated from my ex for over 10 years. We tried to get a divorce in 2011 but because he lived in California and I lived in Atizona it got squashed. I now dont know where he is, last I heard he was living in different hotels in California. How do I go about getting a divorce if I dont know where he is at? And dont have a phone number for him. He doesnt communicate with me or my son at all.
  • We moved into a house and the hot water heater doesn't work. We submitted a maintenance request on 4/22. 7 days later I sent an email for status. 05/01 a tech came out to do repairs. 05/02 the pilot light still won't stay lit. I submitted a second maintenance request.on 05/02. It is now 05/06 14 days in out new rental home and there is still no hot water. I emailed for status on 05/05.. Still waiting to hear back from Re/Max. What are my rights? Can I replace the water heater and deduct it off my rent payment?

Then the last week of April I didn’t receive the rent bill no one in the parking lot did. But the landlord said she did send it out, we all know she didn’t so I waited a few days the 6 th day I get the rent with late charges but didn’t get the normal rent bill in the first place can she do that?

  • Is there a "lemon law" for refridgerators. We have a fridge less than 4 years old, the compressor went out and GE fixed it without charge. Then a month and a half later the freezer stopped working. It was repaired, then broke again one month later. Repair men have been out to the house multiple times and can't fix it. GE is stating that they will give us a discount on a new model but will not replace under the limited 5 year warranty. Do we have any legal rights in AZ? Thank you.
