I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?

I currently have a wage garnishment in place (am going to file bankruptcy but havent finished paying all amts yet) after 1st garnishment i fell at home breaking ankle dr. put me on short term disability, I pay into this thru work and have received disability insurance payments, my question is can my disablity payments be garnished (my wk's corp ofc is in Ohio, payroll dept there not entirely sure)or is it considered exempt

Once parental rights are severed can a parent petition the courts to get her rights back?

I've lived at my current address for 2 years now I've been having issues with getting my mail the postman said he can no longer by law give me my mail because of my apartment doesn't exist I've told my landlord about this matter but I keep getting the run around about how it's the postman cause all of the issue and not the fact that my the landlord hasn't registered my apartment number. I was arrested in may 02 2002 in Scottsdale arizona for ars 28-622.01 and ars 13-1201.a and ars 28-1381.a1 and ars28-1381.a2. No charges were ever filed to this day and there is no warrant out for my arrest, I checked. What is the statue of limitations for these charges? Could they still charge me almost 6 years later?

My landlord keeps showing up at my apartment unannounced, knocking extremely hard. my 23 yr daughter answered the door, he was extremely rude and demanded to speak with me. I have current custody & support orders in CA. I moved to AZ 2 years ago. My ex decided that he didn't want anything to do with them anymore & told me to keep them here in AZ even though our orders have him as sole physical (only since I moved out of state-before it was joint physical) & it is still joint legal custody. They have been with me 100% of the time for the last 6 mos. Father has not made any attempt to contact them or visit them. I would like to have new orders for me to have sole physical & I need an increase in child support (he is garnished in CA). Can I file in Coconino County?
