  • My husband and I are going through a divorce due to domestic violence. He has pleaded guilty on the aggravated assault on my daughter (not his child) however did not plea guilty to the assault on me. Either way does his criminal case effect custody (for our common child) in any way due to the nature of the crime?
  • I had let a friend stay in my house as a tenant at will without a lease. She has recently become incarcerated. What is the best way to do an eviction? I will continue to keep her things in storage until she gets out of jail and not charge for that. I'm not asking for back rent or anything, just that she moves.
